Even though you think no one can tell that you have been drinking, they can. If you show up to your DUI trial in Lafayette, Louisiana intoxicated, you are going to have a bad time. Even if the trial isn’t about drinking, it is entirely inappropriate to show up in court smelling of alcohol.
